REFUND POLICY
We offer refunds for any unopened product if returned to us within 30 days. You can request this by contacting Customer Service with the green message icon or email support@growwithnoot.com

AUTO-DELIVERY TERMS
After 30 days, you will receive the products in your Auto Delivery area, which you can cancel or change anytime before billing. You can change your next payment date at any time. You can change the frequency between shipments: 30 days, 60 days or 90 days. You can modify what you’ll receive in your next Auto Delivery (add, remove, change quantities) within your Account, anytime before billing. Products are heavily discounted when you add them to your Auto Delivery. There are no fees for modifying your Auto Delivery.

Refunds can be processed if you contact Customer Service prior to shipping. $9 welcome offer, foldable jug, and measuring syringe are only valid once per customer.

NOOT POINT TERMS
Share your experience with Noot every month on social media to earn Noot Points and exchange for free product when you’re an active subscriber. Use your personalized link within your Account to refer friends to Noot and earn 100 Noot Points. We can manually credit you with 100 Noot Points if you know your friends name and they didn’t use your personal link, just contact Customer Service.
