    I have not received this product. I received an email over a week ago that said I would be receiving the product shortly but then didn’t get anything. Is there tracking info of this order? It was ordered July 19th so it’s been quite a while. I know mail has been slowed but I’m concerned that it was lost since I’ve ordered products well after this date that have already arrived.

    Absolutely. We will credit her account with 100 Noot Points. They can redeem them for Noot tubes to include in their next shipment or pay $5 for shipping immediately. We will have the feature to include it on the next shipment at checkout in a week. They don’t expire and can be redeemed whenever.

    Hello – I’m not sure why this auto renewed. I got an email saying it was renewed and immediately tried to cancel and it did not work. I spoke to customer service via email back in July to postpone renewal until October 31st.
